It topped the lemon pie I posted about a long time ago…(well, a different one, obviously, but still same recipe), except it was a tangier lime pie this time. It complemented perfectly – smooth, too good to be true creme, topped with a silky fluffy, gently caramelised meringue.
This was actually made a long time ago, and I’ve made several variations since then – If it says anything, these pictures were taken even before I had the new template up. Just sharing a glimpse of summer in these cloudy days… While it is nice seeing the sun in the morning before I start the long commute to a longer day of Uni, it’s a little depressing that it’s already dark by the time I finish!
